| As a marketing campaign in April we did a "Wear Your AVD in April" and asked people to take a picture wearing their favorite AVD jewelry, post it to our page and get their friends to "like" it.
The person with the most "likes" won a $75 gift certificate and anyone who posted a picture would be entered into a drawing to win a $25 gift certificate.
Our goal was to increase our fan base and "likes" to around 700. We started at about 350. This campaign was very successful and we exceeded our goal and ended up with 725 "likes".
One girl that participated had close to 400 "likes" on her pictures. (The participants could post as many pictures as they like and the points were cumulative.)
It was a fun and interactive way to drive customers to our Facebook page and ultimately (hopefully) our website. Our Facebook page is Anne Vaughan Designs if people would like to go and check out the series of posts and marketing we did. We hope this helps!
