learn how to help yourself so you can move ahead and help others...
and of course tap into the millions of dollars that will be

Take time daily to do something for yourself. This is so key.
A lot of individuals go through their day giving of themselves
to other people, their job etc. and don't have time for themselves.
Even if you give yourself a quarter-hour, that's time with yourself
to reflect and center on the most crucial person in your life, YOU.
The idea here is to begin by going within, doing something
consciously kind for yourself. We must first feel good about
who we are and what we have to provide before we can give to other people.
And as you probably already know, helping others can earn us a lot of money.

Some ideas: Take a hot bath. Get a massage. Eat something you
usually don't let yourself eat. Read a book for FUN.
Watch your favorite television program WITHOUT a guilty conscience.
Spend some extra time with your youngster(s), a pet, a friend.
