| Being happy in life is not all that challenging as long as you just put into effect some simple steps. These are not hard to do, they can be done daily, even many times a day, and can have a significant influence on how happy you are in your life. Take these time to use these tips on a regular basis and see the s hift in your life. Tip #1 - Choose locations that make you happy Out environment has a tremendous effect on our lives and so it is very important that we be intentional about the environment that we decide to be within. The choice of our environment is up to us, we choose where we live, we choose if it is mountains or ocean shore, we choose, trees or urban settings. The point is that it does not matter where you choose to live and the environment you choose to live within, what matters is that you are choosing a place that makes you happy. If trees make you happy, live near trees. If you prefer the urban setting, find your favorite city and live there. Live where you are happiest, it goes a long way. Tip #2 - Surround yourself with happy people Next to your environment, one of the single strongest influences on you are the people you are around. You may not get to choose your family but you do get to choose where you work and who your friends are. Make sure you are making choices that surround yourself with people who make you happy. They should be upbeat people with a good outlook in life who do net get caught up in drama or do a lot of complaining. They should be people you enjoy seeing and being around, Choose these people wisely, because not only do they have an effect on you, they will also have an effect on your ability to manifest other happy people. Happy people like to be around happy people. Tip #3 - Laugh - A Lot One of the inside secrets to having a happy life is to laugh, a LOT. Laughing is one of the most therapeutic and positive things you can have in your life on a regular basis. Sadly I don't think enough people are laughing enough in their lives. Laughter reenergizes, fills you up with great positive energy, and helps to make everything look better. When you have a challenge in your l ife, laugh at it and see how much less important the challenge becomes. Laugh every chance you g et, and heartily as you can, whenever you can. Tip #4 - Smile - with teeth For some people laughing may be too much of a stretch to get started. Instead start with something even simpler, smile. Whenever you cross paths with a reflective surface take a moment to smile at yourself. Don't just do a little half felt smile, smile full on, with teeth. I am serious, every time you cross a reflective surface smile big time. This means windows, mirrors, other people's sun- glasses, etc. I don't care what the reflective surface is, I just care that you smile every time with huge teethy grin. I know you will start to feel a difference within a few days of doing this. You life will start to become happier. Tip #5 - Tell someone you love them Love is an amazingly powerful energy that has the potential to truly create a happy life. Often we wish we would hear the words "I love you" more often than we do get to actually hear them. This is a shame. Sadly this is also true for everyone around you. They wish they heard those three words more often as well. So instead of waiting to hear it from others you be the person who initiates the three words and start telling those around you that you love them. Make it a point to absolutely tell at least one person (and hopefully many more people than that) that you love them. Trust me it is a giving gesture that will significantly increase your level of happiness as well. Tip #6 - Do nothing I know this one may seem out of place here because I have been talking a lot about action you should be taken to have more happiness in life. Well guess what, sometimes it is in the taking of action that you re creating the largest disconnect with your happiness. This feeling that we have to always be doing something, always have to be making something happen, that can lead to unhappiness. We feel unhappy because we didn't do enough, or didn't do the right thing, etc. Instead try just doing nothing, literally. Sit on a coach and do nothing for 30 minutes. Do not read, do not watch tv, just sit there and do nothing. This will cause your world to slow down and help to put things in perspective, helping you to have an improved perspective on life and can lead to increased happiness. Just do NOT feel guilty for wasting that 30 minutes. Tip #7 - Walk barefoot in the grass This is the single most important thing you can do on a daily basis to bring more happiness in your life. The benefits of walking barefoot in grass or sand are too numerous to mention them all here, so I will focus on two. The first is the feeling of being a child again, running around barefoot outside is something we did a lot as children but our "responsible" adult selves have lost that feeling. Get back in touch with that feeling again of being a child. The second benefit is that the earth is a massive healing energy source. Being grounded to the earth removes electrical contam- inations from our energy field and refills us with new healthy energy. Our shoes as they are currently made keep us disconnected from this energy source, So remove those shoes and get grounded and reenergized. If you begin to practice these 7 tips on a regular basis you will start to have a healthier and happier live. Do them regularly and start enjoying the happiness filled life you desire.
